The short version

What we collect

If you use One Trip without an account, your plan is saved only in your own browser. It never reaches our servers.

What we don't do

Who helps us run One Trip

A few companies handle parts of the service for us. They may only use your information to provide that service.

CompanyWhat they doWhat they see
SupabaseAccounts and databaseYour email and your saved One Trip data
VercelHosts the websiteServer records, and recipe links you import
ResendSends sign-in emailsYour email address
Google Fonts and jsDelivrDeliver the site's fonts and codeYour IP address when the page loads

Storage on your device

One Trip saves a copy of your plan in your browser so the page opens fast and works without a connection. If you sign in, a sign-in token is also stored there so you stay signed in. Signing out removes your plan from that browser.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data until you delete it or ask us to. Server records are kept by our hosting provider for a limited time and then removed.

Deleting your data

Email hello@onetripmeals.com from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete your account and everything saved in it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

Keeping it safe

Your data travels over encrypted connections. Our database only lets a signed-in person read or change their own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours.

Children

One Trip is made for parents and other adults. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete the account.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
